Dear colleges!

I'd like to discuss pros and cons of the teamwork in a language classroom. We all know that this kind of classroom activity is highly recommended and widely used in studying foreign languages at present. It is creative as well and does a lot of good for most students. But sometimes I strongly doubt that it is equally productive and beneficial for each person in the classroom. Perhaps we, as teachers, must take into account not only organizational aspect of team work but some psychological aspects as well.
